Your team finishes the intake call. The summary and conflict list are drafted.
We build a custom system in your own accounts. After an intake call, the summary, conflict-check names and a draft matter are prepared. An attorney reviews every draft before anything is saved or sent.
- Free audit and a written quote
- Built in accounts you own
- A person approves everything
- Intake summary→ your practice toolApprove
- Conflict-check names: 4 to search→ task for the attorneyApprove
- Draft matter record→ your practice toolApprove
- Document-request email→ draft emailEdit
Three jobs we build first.
Each one is drafted for you and approved by your team. The audit tells you which matters most at your firm.
After every intake call
Today
Intake notes get typed up late, conflict names are pulled by hand, and the matter is opened days after the call.
What we build
An intake summary, a list of names to search for conflicts, and a draft matter in your practice tool, from the call transcript.
An attorney reviews, edits and approves.
Engagement letters and document requests
Today
Someone copies the firm’s template, fills in names and facts by hand, and chases the client for documents.
What we build
Drafts built from your own templates: the engagement letter and a document-request email, filled from the matter.
An attorney reads and approves; you send.
Client status updates
Today
Clients ask for updates. Someone digs through matter notes to write a reply.
What we build
A status-update draft assembled from the matter’s own notes, with the source notes listed beside each line.
The attorney checks it, then you send.
A made-up call, start to finish.
Every name, number and company below is invented. Watch the facts get picked out, then approve the drafts yourself.
On the free audit we run one of your real calls through it, with your fields and your templates.

Move the sliders to match your team. Nothing leaves your browser unless you book.
Your own arithmetic: people × items a day × minutes × 5 days, over 48 working weeks. It is not a promise of what a build saves; the free audit measures one real day and tells you which part is worth automating.

Free audit call
30 minutes. Walk us through one person’s day after their calls and emails. We map where the admin time goes.
Written scope and quote
A day or two later: the jobs worth automating first, what each draft will say, the test it must pass, and one fixed price.
Built in your accounts
We build in hosting and AI accounts you own, connected to your system and mailbox, on test records first.
Live after a written test
It goes live when it passes the acceptance test you agreed. Your team approves every draft from day one.
What the free audit gives you, even if you stop there
- A plain map of where your team’s admin hours go each week
- The one to three jobs worth automating first, and the ones that aren’t
- A written scope and a fixed quote, yours to keep
It drafts. Your people decide.
A person approves everything
Nothing is saved or sent until a named person on your team clicks approve. Every approval is logged.
Your accounts, your data
It runs in hosting and AI accounts you own. You can revoke our access at any time.
Checked against the source
Every fact in a draft is traced back to the call or email. Anything it can’t back up is flagged, never guessed.
Admin only
It never scores, ranks or decides anything about a person, a policy, a case or money.
- What it will never do
- It never gives legal advice or tells a caller what to do.
- It never decides whether the firm takes a case.
- It never sends anything to a client or a court itself.
- It never stores data outside the firm’s own accounts.
Your IT person or counsel will want the detail: how it’s built, where data goes and what we never touch →
Straight answers.
Anything else, ask on the call. If a build isn’t worth it for your firm, we’ll tell you.
How does attorney supervision work?
An attorney reviews every draft before it is saved or sent. That fits the ABA’s guidance on generative AI, which expects lawyers to supervise the tools they use. We do not give legal advice. Your firm decides what to adopt.
What about client confidentiality?
The system runs in accounts the firm owns, and data stays there. We agree the exact scope on the audit call and write it down. Your attorneys decide whether that meets their duties to clients.
Does it work with our intake form?
Usually. We look at how your form feeds Clio, Lawmatics or MyCase on the audit call. Where there is no way in, drafts land in your inbox or as a task for someone to paste.
Will it run our conflict check?
No. It lists the names from the call to search. Your attorney or staff runs the search in your own records and decides what the results mean.
What does it cost?
Every build is quoted after the free audit, as one fixed price in writing, because the work depends on your systems and how many jobs you want covered. The audit costs nothing, and the written scope is yours whether or not you go ahead.
Where does our data go?
It stays in accounts you own: your hosting, your AI account, your system of record and your mailbox. We work inside them with access you can switch off at any time. Call text is redacted where it isn’t needed and deleted on a schedule you set.
What if it gets something wrong?
Each draft is checked against what was actually said or written, and anything it can’t back up is flagged rather than guessed. A named person approves every item before it’s saved or sent, so a wrong draft is corrected, not filed.
