Your recruiters finish the call. The write-up is already done.
We build a custom system in your own accounts. After a call, the ATS note, field updates, submittal and follow-up drafts are prepared. A named recruiter approves each one before anything is saved or sent.
- Free audit and a written quote
- Built in accounts you own
- A person approves everything
- ATS call note→ your ATSApprove
- Field updates: notice, availability→ your ATSApprove
- Submittal to the client→ draft emailEdit
- Follow-up to the candidate→ draft emailApprove
Three jobs we build first.
Each one is drafted for you and approved by your team. The audit tells you which matters most at your firm.
After every candidate call
Today
Recruiters type the same notes into the ATS, update fields by hand and write the submittal late in the day.
What we build
A draft ATS note, field updates, a submittal and follow-up emails, built from the call transcript and sitting ready in your ATS.
Reads it, fixes anything, clicks approve.
Client job-intake calls
Today
The client describes the role on a call. Someone has to turn it into a job order and then an ad.
What we build
A draft job order with the must-haves, location, pay band and open questions, plus a first draft of the job ad.
Checks the order, edits the ad, approves.
Interview follow-ups and no-shows
Today
Confirmations and no-show chasers slip when the day gets busy, and candidates go quiet.
What we build
Drafted confirmations, reminders and no-show chasers, each tied to the candidate’s record and the interview slot, waiting in your inbox.
Skims the draft, sends it from your own email.
A made-up call, start to finish.
Every name, number and company below is invented. Watch the facts get picked out, then approve the drafts yourself.
On the free audit we run one of your real calls through it, with your fields and your templates.

Your own arithmetic: people × items a day × minutes × 5 days, over 48 working weeks. It is not a promise of what a build saves; the free audit measures one real day and tells you which part is worth automating.

Free audit call
30 minutes. Walk us through one person’s day after their calls and emails. We map where the admin time goes.
Written scope and quote
A day or two later: the jobs worth automating first, what each draft will say, the test it must pass, and one fixed price.
Built in your accounts
We build in hosting and AI accounts you own, connected to your system and mailbox, on test records first.
Live after a written test
It goes live when it passes the acceptance test you agreed. Your team approves every draft from day one.
What the free audit gives you, even if you stop there
- A plain map of where your team’s admin hours go each week
- The one to three jobs worth automating first, and the ones that aren’t
- A written scope and a fixed quote, yours to keep
It drafts. Your people decide.
A person approves everything
Nothing is saved or sent until a named person on your team clicks approve. Every approval is logged.
Your accounts, your data
It runs in hosting and AI accounts you own. You can revoke our access at any time.
Checked against the source
Every fact in a draft is traced back to the call or email. Anything it can’t back up is flagged, never guessed.
Admin only
It never scores, ranks or decides anything about a person, a policy, a case or money.
- What it will never do
- It never scores, ranks or shortlists candidates. People make every hiring call.
- It never moves a candidate to a new stage in your ATS.
- It never asks about, or records, a candidate’s salary history.
- It never emails a candidate itself. A recruiter sends every message.
Your IT person or counsel will want the detail: how it’s built, where data goes and what we never touch →
Straight answers.
Anything else, ask on the call. If a build isn’t worth it for your firm, we’ll tell you.
Does it work with Bullhorn, Crelate or Loxo?
We check your plan’s API access on the audit call. Where your ATS has no way in, drafts land in your inbox or as a task for someone to paste. We do not claim a partnership with any vendor.
Will it decide who gets submitted?
No. It writes up what was said on the call. A recruiter chooses who goes to the client and approves the submittal text before it leaves your email.
What about recording and consent?
Recording rules vary by state. We build your own disclosure line into the call script you choose, and your counsel decides the wording. We do not give legal advice.
Our calls run through Aircall or Dialpad. Is that a problem?
Usually not. We check on the audit call whether your plan gives us transcripts or recordings. If it does not, a recruiter pastes the transcript in, and the rest works the same.
What does it cost?
Every build is quoted after the free audit, as one fixed price in writing, because the work depends on your systems and how many jobs you want covered. The audit costs nothing, and the written scope is yours whether or not you go ahead.
Where does our data go?
It stays in accounts you own: your hosting, your AI account, your system of record and your mailbox. We work inside them with access you can switch off at any time. Call text is redacted where it isn’t needed and deleted on a schedule you set.
What if it gets something wrong?
Each draft is checked against what was actually said or written, and anything it can’t back up is flagged rather than guessed. A named person approves every item before it’s saved or sent, so a wrong draft is corrected, not filed.
Book 30 minutes. Leave with a plan.
